How Maark works
The big picture — how your data becomes rankings, content, and results.
Maark connects a few stages that usually live in separate tools. Here is the whole loop, start to finish.
1. Connect your data
You start by connecting the sources Maark measures from:
- Google Search Console shows how you already rank and where the near-misses are. See Connect Google Search Console.
- Shopify (optional) lets approved articles publish straight to your store. See Connect Shopify.
2. Build the Keyword Universe
Maark crawls your site, pulls in keyword demand, and groups keywords into clusters by search intent. Each cluster is mapped to the page best suited to rank for it — or flagged as a gap where you need a new page. This is your Keyword Universe, and it updates as things change.
3. Surface opportunities
On a schedule, Maark runs checks across your universe and rankings to find work worth doing — striking-distance keywords, declining pages, competing pages, coverage gaps, and more. Each finding becomes a proposal you can review. See Finding opportunities.
4. Produce content — with review built in
When you turn an opportunity into an article, it moves through a production pipeline: research, outline, writing, internal linking, and editing. An independent AI review step then checks the draft — a different model family than the one that wrote it — and verifies claims against sources before the draft is ready for you. See How the content pipeline works.
5. Review and publish
Every finished article waits for a person. You get a daily review email and can publish, preview, or skip with one click. Approved articles publish to Shopify, or stay in your draft library if no store is connected. See Reviewing and approving articles.
6. Measure and repeat
New rankings and AI-visibility signals flow back in, feed new opportunities, and the loop continues. You spend your time on decisions, not busywork.
Human-in-the-loop by design
Maark automates the work, not the judgment. Proposals wait for approval, and content does not reach your site until you say so. Where Maark runs on a schedule, it does so within budgets and controls you set — and you can pause any stage at any time.
