What your AI can do
The SEO tasks you can hand to a connected assistant.
Once your assistant is connected, you can ask it to run real work against your Maark workspace. Here are the most useful things to try. What it can actually change depends on the scope you granted — see Agent access & safety.
Research and planning
- "What should we build next?" Your assistant pulls content opportunities for a project, explains why each cluster matters, and can create a planned-page request for the ones you like.
- Grow a topic. Seed discovery around one of your money pages, or launch a full topic funnel, and let Maark expand the keyword space around it.
- Bring in outside keywords. If you use an external keyword source (for example, an Ahrefs connection in the same assistant), your assistant can import those keywords into Maark as candidates. They ride the normal review pipeline — imported is not the same as approved.
Optimization
- Chase striking-distance wins. Ask for keywords sitting just off page one and turn them into refresh tasks.
- Tidy up clusters. Move mis-clustered keywords, split clusters that mix intents, or exclude ones that do not belong.
- Map clusters to pages. Your assistant can review the evidence for a cluster and propose which page should own it. Proposals wait for a human to approve.
Maintenance and reporting
- Find broken internal links. Ask for pages that return an error but still receive internal links from live pages, then create a fix task for your team to review. (Maark surfaces and tasks these — it does not change your site on its own.)
- Audit coverage gaps. List pages that have no keyword demand mapped to them, so you can decide whether to map, exempt, or retire each one.
- Get a status report. Ask for a pipeline health summary — a client-ready snapshot of where each project stands.
How writes are handled
Write actions default to a safe preview. When your assistant proposes a change, it shows you what it would do before anything is committed, and — depending on scope — the change either lands in a Maark approval queue or is applied directly. You always have an audit trail of what ran.
A tip for good results
Be specific about the project and the goal. "Find striking-distance opportunities for project 2 and draft refresh tasks for the top five by impressions" works far better than "improve my SEO." Your assistant has the tools; a clear ask gets a clean result.
