Agency Toolkit

One pool. Every client.

Maark is built multi-tenant. Run every client site from one organization, on one pooled credit balance you direct where it is needed — with unlimited seats, client-safe share dashboards, and a way to pause a site without losing its history.

Pooled credits

One balance, spent where the work is

Agency plans grant a single monthly credit pool at the org level. Each active site draws its work from that shared balance at the same published card prices — so you move budget to the client who needs it this week, not to a per-seat license.

One org-level balance, drawn per client site. Credits are the single currency across content, keywords and AI visibility, so unspent article budget on one client can become keyword research on another. This is the pooled-billing model agency plans run on today.
Scale

Unlimited seats. Unlimited active sites.

Everyone on the team

Agency plans carry unlimited seats. Add strategists, writers and account managers without counting licenses.

Roles that fit an agency

Org and project roles — owner, admin, editor, writer and a client role — scope what each person sees and can do, including client-role logins that see only their own site.

Archive, don’t delete

Archive a client site to stop every credit draw against it while keeping its data intact. Un-archive when they come back. A paused client costs nothing and loses nothing.
Client dashboards

Share the work, safely

Give a client a live, read-only view of what is happening on their site — over a link that is engineered not to leak.

A random, un-guessable token
Each link carries a 32-byte token. Only a salted hash is ever stored — the raw token exists only in the link you send.
Read-only, client-scoped
The dashboard shows a client the work on their site and nothing else. No staff data, no other clients.
Revocable and expiring
Set an expiry or revoke a link at any time. Access counts are tracked.
Leak-tested in CI
A test in the build asserts the client view cannot reach data it should not — so a refactor cannot quietly open a leak.

The no-leak guarantee is not a promise on a page — it is a test in the build that fails if the client view can reach staff or cross-client data.
