Something broken, something confusing, or a question about your account or billing — email us and a human replies. We aim to answer within one business day, Monday to Friday.

Replies come from a person, not an autoresponder. If your question is already answered in writing, the help center is usually the faster route.

What to include

We can almost always answer on the first reply if the mail carries these four things.

  • The site and the accountThe domain you have connected and the email address you sign in with, so we can find the right project.
  • What you expected, and what happened insteadOne sentence each. If a page, article, or report looks wrong, link to it directly.
  • When it happenedRoughly the date and time, with your timezone. Most of what we investigate is time-boxed to a run.
  • The exact errorCopy the message text or attach a screenshot of the full screen — the surrounding page usually tells us more than the message alone.

What to expect

Support is staffed on business days. You will get a reply within one business day — that first reply is either the answer or a note telling you what we are digging into and when to expect the next update. We do not close a thread until you say it is resolved.

If a run of yours is affected by an outage on our side, we will tell you what it cost you and what we did about it, without you having to ask.
